1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Banko Fam Jam website (bankofamjam.co.uk) and/or purchasing tickets to any event hosted by Banko Fam Jam or DJ Banko, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations in the United Kingdom.

2. Age Requirements & Identification Policy

All Banko Fam Jam nightclub and music events are strictly 18+ unless explicitly promoted as an all-ages or family session.

• Physical Photo ID Required: Venue security operates a strict “Challenge 25” policy. You must present valid, physical government-issued photographic ID (Passport, UK Driving Licence, or PASS-accredited card).
• Photos or photocopies of ID on smartphones are not accepted by UK licensed premises.
• Failure to produce valid ID upon request will result in refusal of entry without entitlement to a refund.

3. Ticketing, Currency & Payments

All ticket prices listed on the platform are in British Pounds (GBP £) and inclusive of all applicable UK VAT and standard booking fees.

• Payments are securely processed via Stripe Payments UK. We accept UK Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
• Each ticket generates a unique, single-use barcode/QR code. If duplicate copies of a ticket are presented, only the first scanned ticket will be granted admission.
• Banko Fam Jam reserves the right to cancel any booking suspected of fraudulent card usage or black-market reselling.

4. Admission, Search & Venue Conduct

The venue management and Banko Fam Jam security team reserve the right to refuse entry or eject any patron whose conduct is deemed disorderly, aggressive, or dangerous to other attendees or staff.

• Security Searches: Consenting to a standard security search (bag check and metal detection) is a condition of entry.
• Prohibited Items: Weapons, illegal substances, liquids, external alcohol, glass bottles, and laser pointers are strictly prohibited and will be confiscated.
• Zero Tolerance: We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy towards harassment, discrimination, or non-consensual behavior of any form.

5. Photography, Filming & Audio Recording

By attending a Banko Fam Jam event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, and recorded as part of the audience. Banko Fam Jam and DJ Banko retain the right to use such footage for promotional, social media, recap, and archival purposes across global channels without compensation.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Banko Fam Jam, its organizers, DJs, artists, and associated venue partners shall not be liable for any personal property loss, theft, damage, or indirect injury occurring during or after the event, except where caused directly by proven gross negligence.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
